People at the Italian Club seem to be more encouraged by CBC's coverage because they are reporting better numbers for the NDP party.
Cheers come every time an NDP candidate comes up on top, and while there seems to be a really good mix of youth and adults at the rally, no one seems to be terribly excited. The mood is more "somber and chatty," Jaster reports.
The rest of the NDP candidates are expected to arrive around 9 or 9:30 p.m. after the results of the election come in.
"People aren't very happy right now with everyone predicting Sask Party majority," Jaster reports.
Calvert is expected to show up in Regina after 11 p.m.
